Section 94
No appeal should be filed regarding the decision
(1) Once a decision has been made on a matter, the same party cannot file a complaint against the same person without appealing the decision in accordance with the law.
(2) A petition registered in violation of sub-section (1) shall be dismissed (3) The judgment passed on the basis of the petition given in violation of sub-section (1) shall be null and void.
